2. User Responsibilities

As a student or user of the System, you are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and adhering to the rules and policies regarding seat allocation, usage, and payment. Any false information or fraudulent activity will result in penalties, including suspension from the system.

3. Registration and Account Security

Students must register with valid information to use the System. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Seat Allocation and Usage

Seats are allocated based on available shifts. Students must select their shift in accordance with the rules of the library. If you fail to occupy your allocated seat within the designated time frame, your booking may be canceled. Misuse of seat bookings will lead to penalties and may result in the suspension of your account.

5. Payment for Seat Booking

Students are required to pay the allocated seat fees based on the shift booked. Payment details will be provided upon registration. Fees are non-refundable unless the seat booking is canceled by the library. The System supports secure online payments, and all payment-related data is handled securely.

6. Content Standards

Any content you submit or interact with in the System must comply with applicable laws and avoid any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights. Any inappropriate behavior or violation of these standards may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. Data Privacy
